Digital Marketing Manager (m/f)

Following its ambition, ROYAL CANIN is looking to invest behind “Digital” to drive distinctive & high reach prescription. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a major role driving the transformation of our digital assets environment and help it to improve online reach, brand awareness & consumer’s engagement.

Principal accountabilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the digital Solution specialist, the Marketing & Sales departments, the regional as well as the global digital team in order to share and adapt success stories
  • Shape & update the communication strategy, including developing digital media planning to reach “petlovers”
  • Identify the golden moment of truth during the consumer journey to maximize our reach
  • Identify and lead content projects, including developing content roadmap to leverage brand awareness and ensure user experience
  • Create owned Media plan & content to secure brand image consistency and leverage traffic instore
  • Review and evaluate site analytics to gain strategic insights and be able to adapt and improve activities
  • Work closely with the digital solution specialist to deliver an optimal consumer journey experience and to improve site performance in term of user experience and user’s engagement
  • Establish partnership with digital agencies and manage 3rd party services
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing & sales departments to develop the B2C Digital strategy to win consumers



  • Graduation in higher education
  • Several years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experienced in Campaign-, Project- as well as Change Management
  • Awareness of new technologies as well as a good understanding of digital ecosystems
  • User Centricity and Stakeholder Relationship Management
  • Strong business acumen, good communication skills
  • Fast learner, Team Player and comfortable in coping with change
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
